Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit will be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 72 hours notice.
If you want to have a small child in the same bed as you but haven't paid extra please note there will be an additional fee for breakfast in the morning.
Please note that due to the extra costs incurred by suppliers and utility companies we hope that you will try to reduce our overheads by re-using your towels and hanging them on the hooks/towel rails to dry through.If you are in for a week and need your linen changed please ask a member of staff.Obviously, when servicing a room if we feel your bedding/pillowcases need changing we will do this for you.
